Web series: Nonne in d’Italia in the kitchen
In ten years Donpasta has built a multimedia archive of meetings with grannies, shepherds, farmers, fishermen, on the theme of popular food. He has toured Italy from north to south, among mountains, countryside, ports and suburbs.
With Treccani and Corriere della Sera he built the webseries: Nonne d’Italia in the kitchen.
